As soon as you start editing the video invitation you can upload the images in the required slide mentioned as “upload image”. Click on the “upload image” tab and upload your images.
What type of image format does it support?
Required image formats are jpeg and png.
Why My images are not uploading?
Do check your image format if it meets the requirement. Do check the internet browser settings you are using. Suggested browsers - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera. Internet Explorer is not compatible.
Why my images are not cropped properly?
If images are not cropped properly, please contact our support team for help. It depends on the image resolution and size, but we are here 24 X 7 to support any image related cropping issues.
My images are looking blurred in the preview video. Why?
The preview will be of low quality. We intentionally made the preview in low quality to reduce the video render time. once you pay then you can download in HD quality. The preview quality also depends on the image quality you have uploaded.
Can I replace my images in the final HD video?
No, you cannot replace the images in the final HD video invitation.
Can I rotate the image while uploading it?
Yes, you can rotate the image while you are uploading it.
Can I add extra images?
